IN AID OF CLOTHES, SHOES AND FOOD FOR 10 NEW CHILDREN FOUND IN EXTREME POVERTY
Join us on our sponsored walk to simply raise money for food and clothes for 10 very poor children who have recently joined Cherry Brierley Children's Home.
It is now going to be a circular walk for logistical reasons. The route is about 15 miles to signify the average number of miles walked in a week by children in Africa to school and back. We will meet at the main entrance of Canterbury cathedral and then walk out of the city centre in to the beautiful surrounding countryside. The walk is gentle terrain with a stop for a pub lunch on the way. Come along for as much or as little as you would like to do and we will just enjoy each others company.
Please let us know you’re coming by either calling the office on 01892 514050, emailing Suzanne at media@kisumuchildren.org.uk or find us on Facebook and message me.
